This cause comes to us for a review of a Certiorari proceeding in the Lake Superior Court. The Petition for Writ of Certiorari was filed by the Appellee against the Appellants for the purpose of reviewing a decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of East Gary, Indiana, which denied the Appellee's Petition for a variance or permission from the zoning ordinance of the City of East Gary, Indiana.
