This case comes before the court as a result of a newspaper comment that its editor had mistaken plaintiff for a "loyal young American". Plaintiff sued for libel, and we sustained preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer. Plaintiff has appealed our ruling, thus making the preparation of this opinion necessary.
