MR. JUSTICE DRUCKER delivered the opinion of the court.

This appeal is from a judgment after a bench trial in which defendant was found guilty of committing an aggravated battery on one Joe Walker. He received a sentence of two to three years in the penitentiary. The sole contention* on appeal is that defendant was not proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
