Plaintiff filed this action on May 13, 1960, to recover for the use of his family the loss suffered to their means of support resulting from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident on June 17, 1959. The accident was caused by plaintiff's intoxication. Defendant was the tavern owner, whose liability was predicated on the Dram Shop Act. Ill Rev Stats (1959), c 43, § 135.
