ORTH, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

On February 6, 1967 two indictments were returned against the appellee charging that he bribed and conspired to bribe a member of a municipal corporation of this State. He moved to dismiss the indictments and, after hearing, the motions were granted by the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, the court finding that the appellee was immune from prosecution.
