Basically the facts of this case are not disputed. Before and including Friday, February 5, 1965, Frank C. Beck was doing business as the Wade Boring Works in Hamtramck, Michigan. On that Friday, Mr. Beck sold much of the assets of Wade Boring to Arrow Plating Company, Inc., for $15,500.
