This is an action for property damages arising out of a collision on April 22, 1966, between a 1966 Valiant operated by Mrs. Edwin A. Guillory and a 1957 Chevrolet driven by Charley A. Czarniecki. The Valiant automobile was owned by Tri-Wheel, Inc., d/b/a Econo-Car of Shreveport and was under lease to Mr. Guillory for the use of his wife.
