Brockman Chevrolet, Incorporated, plaintiff, instituted an action against Virginia Stage Lines, Incorporated, and Emmett Wesley Robertson, defendants, to recover $422 for damages done to an automobile owned by plaintiff and driven by Daniel John Bateman which, after having struck another vehicle, collided with a "Trailways" bus owned by Virginia Stage and operated by Robertson.
