The matter before us is a defendant's appeal from a summary judgment granted on the plaintiff's motion and based upon a California judgment. The plaintiff and defendant were formerly husband and wife residing in California. The judgment sought to be enforced in Arizona was the money aspect of a California decree of divorce.
