The plaintiffs brought this action against the defendants in two counts. Plaintiffs in the first count seek to recover damages in an action for deceit claiming that the corporate defendant through the fraudulent misrepresentations of its president induced them to enter into an agreement whereby the plaintiffs were to remove certain stone from the defendants' quarry.
