The plaintiffs, Ann Bronson and her husband Roger Bronson, brought this action against the defendant Club Comanche, Inc., for compensation for pecuniary loss and for damages resulting from fish poisoning suffered by Mrs. Bronson after eating fish in defendant's restaurant.
