The appellee James C. Dayton, who was an employee of the tax assessor of Metropolitan Dade County, and the appellee George Vizenthal were informed against, charged with certain counts of grand larceny and with conspiring to commit grand larceny. Dayton pleaded not guilty and moved to quash the information, claiming immunity as a result of having testified before a grand jury on related matters...
