This action, based upon a written contract of employment, was brought in the Circuit Court of Cook County by William P. Hillman, Jr., plaintiff, against Hodag Chemical Corporation, defendant, to recover damages for wrongful discharge. A jury returned a verdict of $10,000 for plaintiff and judgment was entered thereon.
