The plaintiff brought this suit for damages charging defendant with breach of an oral contract to employ him. The defendant filed a motion for summary judgment, attaching copies of the complaint, the answer, and the pretrial deposition of the plaintiff. In the latter plaintiff stated the conversation he had with defendant's employing officer, which disclosed there was no definite term of employment specified...
