After conviction on two counts of burglary, one of escape and the entering of a plea of guilty on two larceny (car theft) charges and sentencing thereon (the sentences to run concurrently), the defendant moved to vacate the judgment, plea and sentences on the ground that he had not been advised of his right to counsel at any stage of the proceeding, and that he had not had counsel to assist him in the trial of the burglary case or to advise him relative...
