Oscar Wilke, Inc., Plaintiff-Appellee, brought this action in the Circuit Court of Cook County against Philip Vinci, Imperial Real Estate and Insurance, Inc. and Northwestern Savings and Loan Association, Inc., seeking to recover for lathing and plaster work.
