Hillis, former president and general manager, respectively, of the now defunct Stephenson Industries, Inc., personally liable for the diversion of certain funds which Stephenson Industries agreed to use to pay for work performed by plaintiffs.

The facts are virtually undisputed, possibly because the trial terminated in a judgment in favor of the defendants before they had an opportunity...
