This is an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Trial Term, entered November 15, 1967 in Albany County, which granted a motion to permit the defendant to deposit with the Clerk of the County of Albany, the sum of $3,256.50 in full satisfaction of the plaintiffs' judgment, including interest and costs.
