This is a law action tried to the court without a jury to recover for personal injury and damage to plaintiff's automobile from a collision with defendant's car at a "five point" intersection in the City of Davenport. Defendant has appealed from judgment against him based on findings he was negligent in failing to have his car under control, such negligence was the proximate cause of the collision and plaintiff was free from contributory negligence...
