This is an action for breach of a subcontract plaintiff claimed it entered into with defendant. Both are engaged in heavy construction work. This action resulted from the proposed construction in North Dakota of an earthen dam faced with rock rip-rap by the U.S. Army Engineers, the letting to be held June 15, 1965, at Omaha, Nebraska. Most of the negotiations were conducted between Marnel Lindekugel for plaintiff and Robert Brezina for defendant...
