This is an appeal from an order of the trial court amending the sheriffs return of service on an execution. The basic action out of which it arose was for the collection of money on a series of negotiable freight bills. Judgment was entered after a hearing on the merits for Transport Clearing House, Inc. (plaintiff-appellee) on the 10th day of December, 1964, in the sum of $2,933.98. No appeal was taken...
