HOOD, Judge.

Plaintiff, Hubert L. Meeker, instituted this suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by him when a motorcycle which he was riding collided with an automobile owned by Walter Buller. The suit was instituted against Buller and his insurer, Allstate Insurance Company. Hartford Accident and Indemnity intervened, claiming reimbursement of the amounts which it had paid to plaintiff as workmen's compensation benefits. Judgment on the merits was rendered...
