PER CURIAM.

The appellants were aggrieved by a decision of the Zoning Board of the City of Miami Beach and filed a complaint praying the circuit court to declare the decision of the Board illegal and to prohibit its enforcement. No record of the proceedings before the Board was filed in the circuit court. The complaint was dismissed upon appellees' motion; this appeal is from the final judgment of dismissal.
