This is a criminal action in which the defendant, Edward Earl Anderson, was convicted of first degree robbery, in violation of K.S.A. 21-527; two counts of attempted first degree murder, in violation of K.S.A. 21-101 and 21-401; and possession of firearms after a felony conviction, in violation of K.S.A. 21-2611. The habitual criminal act was invoked and he was sentenced to 15 years on count one, 30...
