Appellant was found guilty by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County of possession and control of narcotics (cannabis), and was sentenced by the court to five years under the jurisdiction of the Department of Correction. On this appeal he contends that the trial court erred when it denied his pretrial motion to suppress evidence seized at the time of his arrest, and in admitting such evidence over his objection...
