Arrington, a resident of Greenville County, South Carolina, died on November 14, 1938, leaving in force and effect his will dated September 26, 1935, and two codicils thereto dated July 16, 1937, and May 11, 1938, respectively. The will, with the codicils, was duly admitted to probate in the office of the Probate Court for Greenville County, South Carolina.
