Writ refused. While we do not agree with some of the statements of law made by the Court of Appeal in its opinion, an examination of the pleadings convinces us that the exception of no cause of action was properly sustained and, hence, the judgment is correct.

SANDERS, J., is of the opinion a writ should be granted.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted, dissents from the refusal to grant writs and will assign reasons.
