WELCH v. CREVASSE

No. K-252.

214 So.2d 27 (1968)

Arago Leroy WELCH, Appellant, v. Joe M. CREVASSE, Jr., As Sheriff of Alachua County, Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida. First District.

September 10, 1968.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Goldin & Jones, Gainesville, for appellant.

Earl Faircloth, Atty. Gen., and Wallace E. Allbritton, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

RAWLS, Acting Chief Judge.

The point on appeal is whether the evidence adduced by the State met the quantum of proof necessary in order to deny bail. We find that it does and affirm.
