MR. JUSTICE SEIDENFELD delivered the opinion of the court.

The defendant, Frederick J. Harr, after a bench trial, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while his operator's license was suspended. The Magistrate imposed a sentence of seven days in the county jail and a fine of one hundred dollars and costs, from which defendant appeals.
