Robbins, who had acquired twenty-one years of meritorious and civil service status in the New Orleans Public Library, was transferred on August 3, 1966, by her newly appointed supervisor from her position of Chief of the Cataloging Division to the position of Chief of the Circulating and Stacks Division.
