Therein he alleged that on 28 May 1967, he was arrested and charged with "breaking-enter the Dockery Lumber and Hardware Company, Inc."; that on 29 May 1967, he was given a preliminary hearing and "held over for Superior Court"; that about the middle of June, counsel was appointed for him; that about three days later, his court-appointed counsel...
