1. The first and second enumerations of error complain that the trial judge erred in overruling the defendant's general demurrer, and later motion to dismiss, to the petition as amended. The appellants, defendants in the court below, contend that the petition fails to allege facts sufficient to show gross negligence on the part of the individual defendant James Young, III. In support of this contention they cite Hopkins v. Sipe, 58 Ga.App....
