This is a suit for workmen's compensation benefits filed by Olzro Garner against T. R. Johnson Plumbing Company and the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company. By supplemental and amending petition, an alternative demand for workmen's compensation benefits was made against Larry Doiron, Inc. and its insurer, Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. The Lower Court rendered judgment for total and permanent disability in favor of petitioner and against the defendants...
