SPECTOR, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction for the crime of robbery for which the appellant was awarded a twenty-year sentence.

The sole contention urged by appellant as ground for reversal is that he was denied a fair and impartial trial in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment of the Federal Constitution when the court below permitted the trial to proceed while the defendant was clothed in prison garb.
