Claimant Davis brought his writ of certiorari in the Court of Appeals to challenge the lawfulness of an award and findings of the Industrial Commission. The Commission had affirmed its previous award which denied claimant compensation for loss of earning capacity and allowed only compensation for unscheduled permanent partial disability. The Court of Appeals affirmed the award, and found that the evidence reasonably supported the Commission's findings...
