The following questions are presented on this appeal: (1) Was there a jury question as to whether or not Sentry mailed a proper cancellation notice to the plaintiff in compliance with the policy requirements on May 3, 1966, so as to cancel coverage under the policy effective May 18, 1966; (2) did the conduct of Sentry in its dealings with the plaintiff prior to its cancellation notice of May 3, 1966, amount to a waiver of the policy
