The first contention of the defendant is that the trial judge erred in denying his motion for nonsuit. The mother of the child testified that while she had had sexual relations with some six or seven young men prior to the defendant, the last time had been in the month of January 1967 with Randal Snyder, the defendant's second cousin. She further testified that her last menstrual period had been 22 April 1967; that she met the defendant on 21 May...
