It is alleged in the complaint and admitted in the answer that Security is a corporation. Nevertheless, it is apparent from the record, including the testimony of Wernick, himself, that throughout the entire series of transactions with and concerning the plaintiffs, Wernick made no effort to keep, or pretense of keeping, his interest and activities separate and apart from those of the corporation.
