This is an appeal from a conviction and sentence in the Superior Court for the crime of Drawing Check on No Account, a felony. The evidence shows that on April 20, 1965 the defendant, Kermit N. Burton, as general manager of the Midtown Escrow & Trust Co., opened two checking accounts with the Arizona Bank in the name of Midtown Escrow & Trust Co., hereafter referred to as the Escrow Company.
