This matter was tried before the court sitting without a jury by virtue of a stipulation of counsel agreeing to said disposition under and pursuant to the Act of April 22, 1874, P. L. 109, sec. 1, 12 PS §688, et seq. There being no specific request by counsel for either party for findings of fact or conclusions of law, the same will be dispensed with.
