The State of Arizona, upon the relation of Gary K. Nelson, The Attorney General, brings this original action in quo warranto, asking that this Court adjudge the respondent Jewel W. Jordan not entitled to hold or enjoy the office of State Auditor, and that a judgment of ouster be entered against her.
