Appeal from a judgment of the district court.

Duane Hagberg commenced this action against Colonial & Pacific Frigidways, Inc., a Delaware corporation, by process served pursuant to Minn.St. 303.13, subd. 1(3). The theory of his suit is that he is entitled to recover damages as allowed by § 176.031 for injuries sustained as the result of an employment-related accident occurring in the State of Montana on June 8, 1963...
