The defendant claims two questions are involved, namely, whether the Wisconsin court has jurisdiction of this divorce action when another divorce action is pending in Pennsylvania, and whether the court can grant a default judgment when the defendant has filed an answer raising questions of fact and no notice of trial date has been given the defendant.
