Plaintiff contends that the hearing commissioner committed error in admission of an exclusion of some of the testimony and exhibits offered. However, in plaintiff's brief there is citation of authority to support only one of these contentions. As to this one, plaintiff contends, and we agree, that it was technical error to permit the witness to read from the statement or report made by him, offered as defendant's exhibit #2, without the witness...
