Plaintiff, Detroit Automobile Inter-Insurance Exchange, as subrogee of Nat Fishman and Harry Goldberg, brought an action against Mrs. Minnie Swift and James Kalman, jointly and severally, for personal injury and property damage to its subrogors arising out of an automobile collision.
