These cases come before us as appeals from a District Court trial by jury which resulted in a verdict of guilty against both of our appellants on the charge of carnal knowledge of a female under sixteen years of age. Appellants were thereafter sentenced under the Federal Youth Corrections Act (18 U.S.C. § 5010 (b) (1964)). Appellants assert nine separate allegations of error.
