OPINION AND ORDER
MARSH, District Judge.
In his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, the relator, William F. Washington, challenges the validity of his present confinement in the State Correctional Institution at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1959 in the Criminal Court of Allegheny County, at a non-jury trial, he was convicted of four counts of armed robbery, one count of burglary, and three counts of aggravated assault and battery.
