Respondent was admitted to the Bar in 1947. In April, 1965 he was indicted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York for unlawfully, willfully and knowingly failing to file Federal income tax returns for the years 1958 [Count 1]; 1959 [Count 2]; 1960 [Count 3]; and for unlawfully, willfully and knowingly attempting to evade and defeat the Federal income tax for the year 1960...
