The plaintiff-appellant, June Logan, filed a complaint in chancery against Presbyterian-St. Luke's Hospital and Reuben S. Flacks, individually and as executor of the last will of Walter Pilkington. The hospital answered the complaint but Flacks moved to dismiss on the ground that, as to him, the cause of action was barred by prior orders and decrees entered in the Circuit Court case of Walter S. Pilkington...
