This is a class action brought for the benefit of all persons who are descendants of Spanish named Americans who lived in areas ceded to the United States following the Mexican War in 1848. Plaintiffs' claim is for a substantial amount of damages,1 and it is based on the plaintiffs' allegations of a continuing tort and a taking of property without just compensation...
